*All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $30+tax per person, per night, for any additional occupants age 13+. Children 12 and younger stay for free.
San Francisco hotel tax of 15% + Service Fee of 15% will be added to the room rate.

We accept a limited number of group reservations. Group reservations may only be booked by telephone or in person. Please call (415) 776-5462 and ask to speak with the Events Manager.
Film and photo shoots must be booked directly with our office. Please call (415) 776-5462 or (800) 228-1647 for more information.
Gift certificates are available.
Reservations must be secured with a credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover). Standard reservations do not require a deposit; the credit card is only used to guarantee the cancellation fee. Payment is taken on arrival. We also accept cash payments in the exact amount of the total. For day-of reservations, weekend/holiday rates may apply.
The cancellation policy requires 14-days’ notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s rate. This includes no-shows and early departures.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please contact us for check-in after 8:00 PM.
